Thai Spicy Chopped Chicken ( Laab Kai)

Laab Kai is a popular Thai salad dish that originated from the eastern part of Thailand, or E- Sarn Province.
E-sarn food is typically spicy and full of robust flavor. This particular dish can be eaten alone with rice, it's traditionally served with sticky rice, typical of E-Sarn food.

Ingredient :

2 pounds minced chicken
1 cup shallot, thinly sliced
1 cup green onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon long coriader, sliced
1 tablespoon ground roasted rice
1 tablespoon chili power
2 tablespoons fish sause
2 tablespoons lime juice

Step :

1. Set the heat on hight and add a cup of water, wait for boiling water.
2. Add chicken and stir, keep stirring untill the chicken is well done, reduce to heat a low.
3. Add ground roasted rice, ground dry chilis and add shallot, green onion and ccoriader mixed
well, and then, season with fish sauce, lime juice tasting flovers as you like mixed well.
4. Finally, complete scoop on a dish.
