Today I would like to present a "Modality" is a type helping verb.

Such as can, could, may, might, will, would, shall, should, must, ought to,etc.

Structure of Affermative
subject + can, must (modality)+ Verb infinitive without to

Examples
Peter can play computer well.
We must be a good English.

Structure of Negative
Subject+Can, must(Modality.)+not+Verb infinitive without to

Examples
Peter can not play computer well.
We must not be a good English.

Structure of Intorogative
Can, must(Modality)+ Subject+Verb infinitive withou to?

Examples
Can peter play computer well?
Must we be a good English?

And finally,I would like to say about Communicative Competences in learning English. It's concept that link between linguistic knowledge, language skill and communicative ability, for
a learner can learn structure of language to communicative.
